Bilston and Battersea 20th C revival box French Quotation C 1970-79
A 20th C revival enamel box produced in the traditional 18th C Bilston and Battersea manner.
A rounded shape Halcyon Days Enamels box, the lid decorated with a French quotation "I love you - more today than yesterday but less than tomorrow" within a cream reserve and mottled green border and green base with a bronzed hinged mounts and earlier Bilston and Battersea backstamp to the base. In good condition approx 4.4cm w x 2.7cm h. C 1970-79.
