Registered post - extra cover
Basic registered post is required for all consignments over $200.00, of lesser value its optional. These options can be added to the cart via the AU Postal Items shop category.
Basic registered post (includes $100.00 insurance) costs $3.80. This is good for any number of items in one consignment. Additional insurance (extra cover) is $1.60 per $100.00 or part thereof in excess of $100.00 and up to $5000.00. IE If you wish to insure for $400.00 you will require 1 x registered post ($3.80) + 3 x extra cover at $1.60 each ($4.80) = $8.60

For some items (mostly books) satchels may provide a slightly more cost effective method of delivery to some zones. If you would like to know if this method is feasible please forward the item/s name - item number so you can be advised ASAP.
