Bilston 20th C revival box AU Heritage LTD ed Old Govt House SYD 4.8cm
A 20th C revival enamel box produced in the traditional 18th C Bilston and Battersea manner.
An oval Halcyon Days Enamels box from the Australian Heritage series 1970-79, the monochrome lid decorated with Old Government House. The interior with text Old Government House Parramatta Sydney circa 1799. The mustard exterior body and base marked with early HD Bilston and Battersea Enamels backstamp, the hinged lid with bronzed plated mounts. This box is a LTD Ed and hand numbered 86/250 is in good condition with a numbered certificate. Please note: It includes the original packaging box that is only in fair condition with minor repairs, various marks/stains and imperfections inc a slightly ill fitting lid though it has protected the enamel box quite well over the last 35-40yrs (refer to photo/s). Approx 4.8cm l x 4cm w x 2.4cm h.

Halcyon Days Enamels holds multiple Royal Warrants.
